Site: Brooklyn: Abstraction at Large

Abstraction at Large
Deadline: March 1

Site: Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY

Juror: Eleanor Heartney, contributing editor, Art in America and ArtNews

Abstraction, one of the most radical innovations of art history, stripped away the recognizable, threw it to the winds, and laid bare the purely abstract. This show seeks to bring forward how abstraction shapes contemporary art practice, not simply as a part of art history but as a living visual language.

Fees: $35 for up to 3 images
