Brazilian animator and producer Antonio Vicentini’s cute and whimsical one-minute short film shows the evolution of the consumer camera. Colorfully pixelated cameras illustrated by Billy Brown are animated and set to cheerful music by Ben Hantoot. While not a complete history, the 24 cameras illustrated in this short film are a vignette of Vicentini’s personal history with cameras and include an early box camera, disposable cameras, Polaroids, point-and-shoots, and modern DSLRs.
